Welcome to my page! Please let me tell you a little about myself. I received my Master of Science in Professional Counseling and currently hold a professional license in the state of Pennsylvania. In the past, I have worked with a wide array of individuals with a wide range of issues and concerns that they bring to therapy. I have worked with the forensic population, drug and alcohol population, and have worked in community mental health, serving many dynamic clients.

In my counseling career, I have worked with various populations and have tackled many issues with my clients. Some of the areas that I have worked closely with are depression, anger issues, trauma, grief and loss, addiction and recovery, anxiety, ADHD, and life adjustments and transitions. In addition, I have worked with various populations of individuals with a wide range of backgrounds. This has allowed me to approach providing therapy with an open mind and heart.

In my approach, I try and lead my clients to come to their own answers, unearthing solutions and insight that they hold within themselves. My direct approach can often be funny, though empathetic, lighthearted, though deeply emotional. Typically, I find that clients benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Motivational Interviewing to solve current issues, and can utilize Psychodynamic approaches to delve into more deep rooted issues.
