I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oklahoma with over 10 years of experience working as a mental health specialist. In addition, I have worked in the medical field in both inpatient and outpatient settings for 18 years. I assist clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, trauma, medical conditions, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced substance abuse and domestic violence.

My counseling style is welcoming, accepting, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, authenticity, and compassion. I believe working as team is essential in tackling obstacles to achieve overall well being . My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, psychodynamic and humanistic counseling. I will absolutely personalize our sessions and treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
