I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in individual therapy settings. I love what I do and feel honored to work alongside clients as they make positive changes in their lives. My background includes therapy for a variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, motivation, self esteem, and adjustment to major change. I believe the foundation of good therapy is based on listening, empathy, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My treatment approach is client centered: by listening and getting to know a client I blend a variety of modalities based on their needs.
