Hi there, I'm Becky. Have you struggled the past few years with anxiety and depression? Are you looking to make positive changes in your life? Do your children struggle with behavioral challenges? If you can relate to any of these questions, now is a great time to consider therapy with the right therapist! I am looking to work with adults and children to encourage, guide, and support them to make positive changes to improve their life challenges. Together, we will work as a team to identify the things in your life that aren't working and find ways to more peace and balance. I love to incorporate art, music, games, and clients’ interests into my sessions to create a relaxing and trusting environment. Our sessions will be your time to find yourself again, gain better self-awareness, and learn skills to manage stress successfully. I have spent the last 20 years working with adults, children, teens, families, and couples in a variety of settings including home, school, community, outpatient, and inpatient settings. I have experience working with individuals aged 3-65+ through individual, family, group, and couple’s therapy.
