With new hope, we can reflect and grow from life’s challenges. As your therapist, I will work with you to uncover your inherent wisdom and support your empowerment. As your self-love increases, you may realize that the painful parts are just that: a part of you and that these parts do not define your life. I will help you know that you are unique, capable, and loved. My approach to therapy is practical, holistic, and integrative. I use traditional talk therapy and experiential body-based techniques, depending on what is most helpful to you. This will be a great conversation at the beginning of our work together. I am warm, honest, and welcoming and bring my sense of humor and curiosity to our work together. I work well with people struggling with eating disorders, grief, working through life transitions, and anyone looking to discover more of their inner world.
