Hey there! Therapy is about healing. Healing is possible. Every person is unique; therefore, the interventions I use vary depending on your needs or goals. I rely on and firmly believe in the social work profession's core values of: service, importance of human relationships, integrity, dignity and worth of a person, social justice, and competence to help me learn and connect the pieces of your life story. Openness, flexibility, privacy, empathy, and support are integral parts of my therapy services. Providing a safe space without judgement is highly prioritized.
