Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in working with individual, marriage, family, and group therapy. I have helped individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other issues using different styles of therapy including CBT, supportive, family dynamics, mindfulness, and insight-driven. I like working with a range of people in different stages of life. Some people need support and guidance to find their own solutions, and I am able to work with them to develop tools and strategies to manage their moods and life. My approach is more of a supportive guide, leading individuals along the way to self-discovery and change.
