I am a LCSW licensed in MD and FL with 14 years of experience in various social work capacities: DDA/ intellectual disabilities, depression and anxiety/ mental health, binge eating disorder and body image issues, substance abuse, geriatric issues, hospice/ end of life issues, and foster care.

My style is warm and familiar. As a partnership with you, I will take time to fully listen to your experience so I can best assist you on your journey. I believe that different counseling styles work for different people and therefore personalize my treatment approach to your specific preferences and needs, whether this is supportive reassurance and empathic listening, more confrontational and accountability focused, or a faith based approach.

Modalities I specialize in include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
