Therapy should be a stimulating and engaging experience, helping one to reach greater levels of well being and self-understanding. I work with those struggling with mental health concerns, relationship issues or families struggling with adolescent related conflicts. My main goal is for you to leave my office feeling prepared to tackle whatever issue life throws your way. Treatment can be brief and solution-focused, or more intensive for those who wish to dig deeper. Either way, you determine the course of your treatment.
I primarily practice Jungian psychodynamic therapy which is an insight-based therapy. I also utilize mindfulness-based therapy DBT in treating personality and/or emotional disorders.
