About

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Grief Educator, and a Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Practitioner. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals who are approaching end of life, caring for a loved one at end of life, and who are grieving a loss.
In additional to grief work, I am CBT trained and work with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, self-esteem issues, self-care, and coping mechanisms. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to share, process, explore, learn, heal, and grow. I will help guide you through struggles and challenges, recognize your strengths, educate you, and help move you towards a place of increased peacefulness, happiness, and meaning.
I offer an individualized approach to our work. I strive to meet you where you are at in a warm, compassionate, and and respectful style. I will tailor our work to meet your needs, style, and goals.
