I wholeheartedly believe it’s my role as a therapist to assist my clients in realizing, cultivating, and accessing internal and external resources to make positive changes in life. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, youth, and families as they address life’s challenges and transitions. I am versed in treating individuals, couples, and families in the areas of substance abuse, sex and love addiction, trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, family transitions, domestic violence and child abuse recovery, LGBT+ issues, and relationship and partner conflict, and perinatal issues. I provide an Interdisciplinary Approach to therapy depending on what each client needs however some of the most utilized approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Brief Strategic Family Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Mindfulness. I appreciate being given the opportunity to help others heal and find the strength within to live a life filled with peace and joy.
