Hi, I'm Bekka. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon with three years of clinical experience and several more years of experience in a variety of social work settings including residential treatment centers, jails, prisons, and community-based parenting programs. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress management, addictions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I have also worked with many people who have experienced physical, sexual, or emotional abuse in their relationships or families of origin.

My counseling style is client-centered and led. I incorporate trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, anti-oppressive practice, and dialectical behavioral therapy in my approach. It is important to me that we focus on what you want to address to make sure you're getting the most from our time together. I believe that any good counseling relationship starts with respect, understanding, and compassion.
