Hello! I am Becky and I’ve been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for 10 years and clinical supervisor for three years. My therapy approach is supportive and empathetic. I believe in meeting people where they are at and then moving forward together! I have experience in working with individuals and families with a variety of life’s difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family discord, and individuals who are going through major life changes.
The approaches I use most are cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
