I am a master's level social worker who has been working as a psychotherapist throughout the past 6 years in Duluth, Minnesota. I have worked with children and their families in addition to individual adults who have had a wide range of difficulties including (although not limited to) anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, relationship issues, career challenges, and significant life changes. My focus is not to provide every answer but to give you room for reflection and openness to considering/identifying alternative perspectives. I strive to be an excellent critical listener, holding hope for your growth and change while providing non-judgmental acceptance. My experience in counseling young children and their caregivers has led to a unique understanding of how past experiences and relationships can impact symptoms as well. My counseling style is strengths-based and focuses on your unique abilities while also helping identify unhelpful patterns of thoughts or behavior to reflect upon and potentially change. Engaging in this work will give you many active strategies to support your path to a healthier life.
