Rebecca Nix is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a certified clinical trauma professional. Rebecca has experience working with people from all different cultures, religions, communities, races, and ethnic backgrounds. She also has experience working with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, perinatal mood disorders, infant mental health, relationship issues, domestic violence, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, chronic illness, coping skills, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and immigration issues. Rebecca provides a supportive and collaborative environment to work on your goals. Your sessions will be non-judgemental, strength-based, empowering, and focused on where you are in the moment. She uses a variety of techniques to find which will work best for you including cognitive behavioral therapy both trauma and strength-based, psychoeducation, mindfulness, solution-focused, and Gottman relationship.
