Hi, I'm Rebecca, a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience. I believe that people are inherently relational beings and when our relationships - whether with ourselves, other people, or God - are hurting, life can become incredibly painful. If you are looking for compassionate care utilizing sound psychological principles coupled with faith, I may be a good fit for you. If you are motivated to create a culture of honor in all relationships, especially in your most intimate ones, I may be a good fit for you. I enjoy working with adults of all backgrounds and with couples in need of skills to create a satisfying marriage. In particular, I enjoy working with motivated clients who are ready for change. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a set of skills designed to empower clients to manage their emotions effectively.
