About

I am an individual's counselor in the state of Ohio. I have over 5 years of experience in supporting my clients in taking back their power. I guide my clients to rediscover their personal power and take control of themselves and their lives. My areas of specialty are working with Gen Z and Millennials experiencing increased stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, and those struggling to discover the purpose and meaning in their life.

I am a holistic counselor, which means that I work with my clients as a whole person rather than only looking at them as a diagnosis. I work collaboratively with them to create a plan that will lead them to experiencing balanced wellness in all areas of their life. I am empathetic and compassionate towards my clients and provide them with a safe space to fully be themselves. I help them to explore their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs because I believe that self-awareness is the most important foundation for any therapeutic work.
