Hi there! I am glad you are here. My name is Rebecca Matlock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was born and raised in Tennessee and completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Everyone struggles from time to time, and I am here to help. I strive to bring an empathetic and goal driven approach to therapy. I practice primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client Centered Therapy approaches, but we can incorporate additional techniques as we see fit. Our goals will be tailored to you and your specific needs! My aim is to bring you the tools and strategies for managing stressors and emotions on your own, but for now, we will do it together!

I have experience working with individuals of all age ranges in several different settings. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related issues, grief and loss, and life transitions.
