My name is Rebecca Nace; I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I knows life comes with challenges and we are not given handbooks to deal with those challenges. As a therapist, I offer a safe place for you to identify and address your problems as you process through your own story to create better ending. Whether you are facing difficulties in managing stress, anxiety, depression or you wish to overcome trauma, seeking therapeutic assistance is a healthy step toward evolving into a better version of yourself. Engaging in the therapeutic process can be hard and overwhelming. I provide sessions that are supportive and nonjudgmental while challenging negative thoughts and behaviors that sometimes prohibit needed growth and change.
