I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.
I work from a client-centered and strengths based approach. I see therapy as a prime opportunity to receive judgment free feedback and unconditional regard for you and your own experiences. I approach each client based on their strengths and experiences. My one goal is that, together, we will curate an environment of trust and comfort so that you can find the support that you are looking for. Throughout therapy, I will follow your lead and guide you through utilizing your strengths, values and experiences to assist in becoming a better version of yourself.
