About

I am a outpatient mental health therapist licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania with over 8 years of experience working with both adults and children. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, and other persistent mental health issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I have been told that I am very easy to talk to and have a good sense of humor. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and committment therapy, mindfulness, solution focused; and client centered therapies. I will tailor our communication and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
