Hello. My name is Rebecca. I've been a licensed therapist for twenty-five years. I completed my masters degree from the University of Michigan. My major is Interpersonal Practice. My experience has primarily involved adults of all ages in individual, group or family therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, lack of self esteem and confidence. I have extensive experience with numerous therapeutic modalities including dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, social skills, family systems and humanistic therapy. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan that will best address your personal and unique needs.

My style of counseling is warm and interactive. I am inclusive and non-judgmental. I think that feeling comfortable and safe with your therapist is essential. In my experience, having an objective third party to talk to can assist clients to recognize and identify behavioral patterns that are no longer useful to them. When a person is able to identify behavioral challenges, they are able to adopt new skills that will lead to improvements to their personal and professional lives and to their overall well being.
