Are you feeling down, depressed, anxious, isolated, or overwhelmed with life? Hi! I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Providing therapy is not just a job for me, it is my passion. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years devoting my time and efforts in the non-profit world. I have experience working with a multitude of clients including children, adults, families, and couples. I utilize a client-centered approach with my clients, focusing in on my clients’ strengths to help them achieve success. I like to tailor my interventions and strategies around each client’s needs. In the past, I have utilized CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution focused modalities. I have personal experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and addiction. I can personally relate to the issues that you are going through and want to be the support system that you need to get through this!
