Hello, I am Rebecca L. Cohen, EdD, LPC. I have been a working in mental health for almost 10 years and in social services for over 20. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress management, addiction/recovery, and many other issues. I love working with people and helping them create their best life. I believe that each person is capable of moving forward and making lasting healing mental health progress in their life. I utilize techniques from CBT, DBT, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and even some Art Therapy to help clients learn new skills and ways of processing information to assist in mental health progress.
