Hey! Thanks for taking the first step to find a counselor that is a great fit for you. Are you ready to heal and have a little more understanding and control in your life? I enjoy working with the young adult population, especially those in college, grad school, or just entering the professional work world. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, including obsessive compulsive disorder, perfectionism and social anxiety, traumatic stress including racial trauma, depression including suicidal ideation or relationship issues, I can help work with you to get you on the right path. I also have a lot of experience working with the LGBTQ+ population, especially those who experience gender identity issues. Starting counseling can be very intimidating. My goal is to provide a safe and open space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and impulses in order to heal and move forward. I look forward to working with you!
