Hello, I’m Rebecca! I have been working with clients for over six years in various therapeutic environments, from educational settings to nursing homes. I am an LCSW that is currently based in Denver, Colorado.

My approach is client centered and holistic, focusing on building trust and a positive rapport. It is my belief that you are the sum of many parts, and I provide a non-judgmental empathetic environment where it is safe and encouraged to explore those elements. What’s holding you back from reaching your goals and feeling empowered? Is there something keeping you from growing, healing or finding peace? I work as an eclectic therapist, including techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Traditional Talk Therapy, in the journey of finding what works best for you. Therapy is not one size fits all. I am here to tailor your experience with guidance and goal setting that is unique to you.
