I am licensed in Arizona with 20 years of professional work experience. I have a specialized certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), which includes perinatal depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. In addition, I have extensive experience treating clients experiencing miscarriage(s), infant loss, and fertility challenges. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I utilize cognitive behavioral strategies, acceptance and commitment techniques, and problem solving skills to promote overall emotional well-being. I strive to improve client's understanding of their emotions and behaviors and identify techniques to make desired changes. I am here to support & empower you in your healing journey.
