I am a licensed professional counselor practicing since 2009 and have had my own private practice for a decade. Additionally, I have an advanced certificate in biblical counseling. My specialty is marriage counseling and individual mental health coaching. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, parenting & phase of life problems, trauma, and grief to name a few.

I pride myself on being authentic and engaging. I love empowering my clients to claim their healing and believe in meeting people where they're at non judgmentally and guiding and challenging you with compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, gestalt, trauma informed, & attachment based theories in my counseling although I always tailor our time together and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
