My name is Rebecca & I have been practicing clinical counseling since 2012. I'm licensed in DC & MD with experience working with children & adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict, ADHD, & other mental health needs. Change can be scary, but so is staying exactly the same. My passion is helping people change the way they feel, think, behave, & view their world. Using interventions such as strength-based counseling, person-centered therapy, behavior modification, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, art therapy, play therapy, talk-therapy, & other evidence based practices, clients are able to reach treatment goals.
