Rebecca McCall As a therapist in Clinical and Addiction Counseling, I specialize in treating co-occurring disorders, depressive, and anxiety disorders. My therapeutic approach is to help individuals, couples, and families find clarity and strengthen healthy practices of coping by finding purpose, acceptance, and resolutions in their lives. This is achieved by CBT, DBT, and ACT. Deciding to begin therapy can feel very intimidating. However, I offer a safe, non judgmental environment and approach.
