Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Tennessee. I have been working in the mental health field for over 5 years. I enjoy working with couples and individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns including trauma, addictions, relationship/communication issues and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, somatic and trauma-informed counseling. I tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
