I am an LPC licensed in Idaho, with over 15 years of experience working with all ages of clients-individually, couples, groups and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of struggles including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, OCD, ADHD, ODD and many types of trauma.
My belief is, given a trusting relationship, change can happen. That change may be through cognitive-behavioral, reality, person-centered, narrative, or EMDR therapy (for trauma work). The approach will fit your needs.
