I use relational, evidence based approaches to work collaboratively with my clients to target issues most challenging to them. The approaches I use vary and are dependent on the needs of the individual I'm working with, modalities include DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, psycho-dynamic and attachment theory.

I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology and am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I practice EMDR and hold certification in treating trauma. I work with all ages and am trained as a generalist; expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, attachment, and transitional issues.
