If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorder, gender dysphoria, loss, and/or addiction issues, etc., we can work together to make you, your best self. I believe in starting where you're at & empowering you to heal in a positive, safe atmosphere. I will support your emotional wellness through partnering with you through the challenges of growth, hope and change.

No problem is too small or too large to address. I view my role as a facilitator whose job is to help the client achieve their goals through the therapeutic process. My style is directive and caring. Together we can construct a treatment plan that addresses your individual needs and comfort levels.
My professional goal for my clients is simple: Identify areas of concern, develop a treatment plan, and work to achieve those goals.

I am a Licensed Independent Social worker in Ohio with over 3 years of counseling experience. I believe everyone should be able to see a counselor who meets their expectations. I am transparent from day one that counseling is all about you and what you need as a client.
