As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to working with you to create change by developing goals, identifying and increasing strengths, processing experiences, empowering, nurturing, and providing psycho-education to enable change. I have 19 years of experience to assist you with making the necessary changes you desire for your life. My eclectic therapeutic approach is drawn from EMDR (trained) CBT, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused, trauma-informed care and a holistic mind-body approach; guided by individual needs, which reinforces strengths and abilities to facilitate change in the briefest time possible. I have extensive experience working with a variety of issues; from depression to grief and loss, and everything in between. Therapy is an important, personal and rewarding journey that can bring fulfilling change.
