About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have 7 years of experience working with many different clients. I have worked with clients struggling with many different issues including: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, stress-related issues, PTSD, trauma (including physical and emotional abuse), narcissistic personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, addiction, and relationship issues. During my 7 years of experience I have provided individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and addiction counseling.

My counseling style is warm and compassionate. I believe in meeting my clients where they are with the upmost respect and dignity and without discrimination. My counseling approach is compromised of Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I believe that the past does not define who we are and that we all have the capacity to attain the quality life that we desire. I will work with you to tailor a treatment plan that meets your individual needs.

I feel that the most important aspect of counseling is building a strong and trusting relationship with my clients. Therapy is a journey that I am willing to walk with you.
