My name is Rebecca and I am looking forward to working with you. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and trauma. Together we will identify areas of focus, create therapeutic goals, then develop steps and strategies to achieve your goals. Based on your needs, this is done through either a solution focused CBT, ACT, mindfulness, or a trauma focused approach. Let’s get started.
