My focus in life is to empower those whose voices have not been heard, and give hope to those who have lost it. Change can be scary, but we can do it together. As a licensed therapist and certified trauma specialist, I have years of experience processing and minimizing symptoms from PTSD. My specialties also include anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral issues, relationship issues, spiritual abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, post-partum depression, emotional abuse, and panic attacks. As someone who has once been on the other side of the screen trying to find a therapist, I understand how daunting it can be to look for a stranger that you hope will help.
