I am licensed in Florida and Georgia with over three decades of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, dealing with addictions, trauma and abuse, relationship challenges and coping with grief and loss.

Using Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies along with Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems and Spiritual Therapy are all part of the evidence based approaches I will use to help you.
