I am a LCPC in Illinois and have worked in different settings in private practice, community service centers, behavioral health centers, as well as virtual therapy for over 13 years. My therapeutic style is direct and grounded in the belief that you are fully capable of solving life issues that challenge you. We each need people in our life to process and sort things out to fully understand and ultimately navigate past life events that may be keeping you from moving forward. Some of the main areas of focus with my clients are: anxiety, depression, codependency, career development, family dynamics, sports and nutrition, loss, self-esteem, time management and men's issues.
