Raven (pronouns: they/she)

I am am Licensed Clinical Social Worker, life coach, and doula with 8 years of experiences partnering with people who are navigating life changes, life challenges, and life's chaos. I have partnered with:
- adult and child survivors of domestic and sexual violence,
- people who are experiencing depression and anxiety,
- individuals with relationship and/or intimacy issues (including those who are polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous)
- those who have concerns with parenting and/or their career,
- adults who seek to deepen their self-esteem, self-love, and increase their positive self-regard,
- people who are experience postpartum depression, anxiety, or mood disorders, and
- people of color who have/are experiencing the effects of racial trauma.

I joyfully hold space for individuals who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, 2Spirit, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Agender and otherwise living and loving within the LGBTQ+ community.

You can expect to be warmly welcomed, wholly affirmed, and invited to be present through interactive sessions where you are respected, met with compassion, and encouraged to get clear about your needs. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavior, transpersonal, somatic, and humanistic modalities that are tailored and specific to your unique needs.

I ultimately believe that you are the expert of your own experience and it is a professional honor to partner with and walk alongside you as you take steps towards change.
