Welcome! I truly believe that every individual at some point or another in their lives could benefit from counseling. Life can be a roller coaster. And when we are experiencing some difficult points, we could use a little help coming back to the place we want to be.

Something in your life has brought you to seek help and support through therapy and that is a huge step that takes a lot of courage, but I am here to help you and assist you in moving forward and living a more fulfilling life.

Here is a little bit of information about me and how I plan to assist you.

I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I come from a small border town community and went to school in Austin, Texas. From the time I was working on my bachelors degree, I knew I wanted to help others, which led me to where I am today.

My counseling approach is client-centered and eclectic. I have used cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational techniques, and provide a safe, nonjudgmental approach and most importantly base my treatment on what my client is comfortable with and will benefit them most.

I have experience working with issues such as stress and anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, divorce, parenting, and overall simply coping with life changes. I myself have sought out counseling and know what it’s like to be on the other side; I am here to help you and work together to accomplish your goals and help you build the tools you need to feel empowered and live a happier life.
