Hello! My name is Raquel, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I have experience working as a psychotherapist with pre-teens, adolescents, families, and adults. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, parenting and family concerns, as well as relationship issues. I have an emphasis in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My counseling style is person centered, interactive, and respectful. My goal is to meet you where you are and encourage a dialogue that helps to develop, encourage, and find motivation towards your goals. My approach combines Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Rational-Emotive, and Cognitive Behavioral theories and approaches. By working together, we will create a specified goal and treatment plan that fits your unique and specific needs.
