I am Raquel Manning. I have over 10+ years of clinical experience, working with individuals dealing with mental health concerns relating to anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, life stressors, grief/loss, sport & performance issues, multicultural & identity concerns, and pregnancy/postpartum challenges. I am passionate about helping clients improve their overall well-being and helping them overcome personal obstacles by developing the knowledge and skills needed to create a healthier and happier life for themselves. I create a safe space with empathy and compassion through a client-centered and solution-focused lens. Rapport and therapeutic relationships are extremely important when serving clients, therefore I am committed to taking the time to make sure I am the right fit for you.
