Hello, my name is Raquel Pace and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have experience working with adults. My focus is to help you have a safe and judgment free environment where you may voice your thoughts. My counseling style is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. The sessions will be tailored to correspond to your needs.

It is important that you learn how to synthesize, analyze and chart the best course for your life. I hope to help you learn the connection of how our thoughts, emotions and behaviors are important in your life choices.

As we complete our sessions, you will have the opportunity to explore your feelings in a safe and open environment. As you progress in counseling, I hope you feel comfortable in your learning process. As we go along our sessions, please feel free to clarify and ask any questions you may have.
