I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor providing counseling to help women and men suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and other issues that are affecting their lives negatively. I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and have had success in bringing them to a much healthier place in their lives.

My work with you will focus on exploring and working through challenging emotions that might have left you feeling stuck and affect you in a way that is beyond your control. I believe in the uniqueness of each person and in taking a collaborative and tailored approach to help you reach your goals.
