About

Hi there! I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) that lives in North Carolina and have been practicing therapy for 18 years. I also am an ordained Christian pastor and have counselled people in the local church and community. I enjoy meeting with people and helping people in their journey to wholeness particularly as they wrestle with issues like grief and loss, anxiety, addictions, and faith issues like forgiveness, love, and peace. When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with family, putting my feet in the sand at the Carolina coast, and having a fishing rod in my hand.
