Hello my name is Randolph, and my goal is to help you achieve success, however you define success for you. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. I have been confused and I tired to do all the things that everyone else told me to do, but it just did not feel right to me. I changed my major in college 3 times, took time off after undergrad trying to figure out my next steps, and found myself in situations in which I had to bet on me, because everyone told me that I should pick door number 1 while I knew I needed to take door number 2. I am glad I picked door number 2. As a psychologist, I help people find their full authentic self, especially in the midst of unfriendly, unaffirming spaces. We will figure out what has led to your frustration, anxiety, and burn out, and how we can turn things around. Together, we will craft a clear vision of what you want your future to be and the steps to become your best possible self.
