About
I received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University of Northridge in 2008. I went on to receive a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University in 2012. I have spent most of my career working with adolescents and adults with dual diagnosis. I utilize a collective approach of humanistic, cognitive behavior and psychodynamic therapies. I also am a Trained EMDR Therapist to assist in alleviation of PTSD. I believe in helping others accept themselves and past struggles to live a more healthy and happy life.
