(Pronouns she/her) I am a duly licensed therapist specializing in mental health and addictions. I received my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and have been actively practicing for 6 years. I have worked with many different populations of clients including, but not limited to, those struggling with addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and difficulty coping with life’s stressors.

I believe in an eclectic approach since no one counseling theory will fit all different situations and individualized problems. My therapy style draws influence mainly from Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic therapy. I believe people are the experts of their own lives and I seek to understand the situation from their unique perspective and point of view. I have been told my warm and compassionate personality makes it easier for others to open up about their challenges. I am not one to judge and will try to meet clients where they are at. I like to focus on gaining new insights, identifying strengths, and building upon those strengths.
